- Notes are private and only visible to site owners and administrators
- Notes cannot be edited once saved
- Each note displays date, time, and who wrote it
Adding Notes on Computer:
- Navigate to Products and Services panel
- Click Orders
- Select specific order
- Click Notes tab
- Enter note text
- Click Save
Adding Notes on Mobile App:
- Press Orders
- Select order
- Tap Internal Notes
- Press Add note or +
- Type note
- Press Save or ✓
Deleting Notes:
On Computer:
- Hover over note in Notes tab
- Click trash can icon
On iOS:
- Press Seller Notes then Edit
- Press delete symbol
- Confirm deletion
