Adding private notes to orders allows you to track important customer details and internal information. Here's how to manage order notes effectively:

Key Points:

  • Notes are private and only visible to site owners and administrators
  • Notes cannot be edited once saved
  • Each note displays date, time, and who wrote it

Adding Notes on Computer:

  1. Navigate to Products and Services panel
  2. Click Orders
  3. Select specific order
  4. Click Notes tab
  5. Enter note text
  6. Click Save

Adding Notes on Mobile App:

  1. Press Orders
  2. Select order
  3. Tap Internal Notes
  4. Press Add note or +
  5. Type note
  6. Press Save or ✓

Deleting Notes:

On Computer:

  1. Hover over note in Notes tab
  2. Click trash can icon

On iOS:

  1. Press Seller Notes then Edit
  2. Press delete symbol
  3. Confirm deletion

On Android:

  1. Press Internal Notes
  2. Swipe left on note
  3. Tap Delete to confirm
