Notes are private records visible only to site owners, administrators, and store managers. They help track order details, shipping instructions, and customer interactions. Once saved, notes cannot be edited.

How to Add a Note on Desktop:

1. Open Products & Services panel and select Orders
2. Click the desired order
3. Select the Notes tab
4. Enter your note
5. Click Save

How to Add a Note on Mobile App:

1. Tap Orders
2. Open the order
3. Tap Internal Note
4. Tap Add Note or +
5. Enter your note
6. Tap Save or ✓

How to Delete a Note:

Desktop:

1. Go to Notes tab
2. Hover over the note
3. Click trash can icon

iOS:

1. Tap Vendor Note
2. Tap Edit
3. Tap delete mark
4. Confirm delete

Android:

1. Tap Internal Note
2. Swipe left on note
3. Tap Delete to confirm

Important Details:

• Notes aren't included in printed forms or email notifications
• Each note shows date, time and creator
• Notes cannot be edited once saved
