Adding and Managing Order Notes

To add internal notes to your orders for tracking important details and customer interactions:

Adding Notes (Desktop)

  1. Navigate to Products and Services > Orders
  2. Select the desired order
  3. Click the Notes tab
  4. Enter your note
  5. Click Save

Adding Notes (Mobile App)

  1. Press Orders
  2. Select the order
  3. Tap Internal Notes
  4. Press Add a Note (+)
  5. Enter note details
  6. Press Save (✓)

Important Information:

  • Notes are private and visible only to site owners, administrators, and shop managers
  • Notes don't appear on printed orders or customer notifications
  • Cannot modify notes once saved
  • Each note displays date, time, and contributor

Deleting Notes

Desktop:

  1. Hover over the note in the Notes tab
  2. Click the trash can icon

iOS App:

  1. Press Seller Notes > Edit
  2. Tap delete symbol
  3. Confirm deletion

Android App:

  1. Press Internal Notes
  2. Swipe left on note
  3. Press Delete to confirm
