Creating and Printing Shipping Labels

You can purchase and print UPS or USPS shipping labels directly for orders shipped within the United States. This guide covers everything you need to know about creating, printing, and managing shipping labels efficiently.

Requirements:

• U.S. billing address with USD currency
• Business or Commerce plan
• Desktop computer or iOS app (Android not supported)
• Shipping within the United States only
• UPS or USPS carrier services only

UPS Options:

• Standard Ground Saver
• 3 Day Select
• 2nd Day Air/AM
• Next Day Air/Saver/Early

USPS Options:

• Priority Mail
• Priority Mail Express
• Parcel Select

Creating Your First Label:

For UPS:

1. Open Orders panel
2. Select pending order
3. Click Purchase Labels
4. Create new UPS account or connect existing one through compatible extension

For USPS:

1. Open Orders panel
2. Select pending order
3. Click Purchase Label
4. Add return address
5. Save to proceed

Creating Additional Labels:

1. Select pending order
2. Click Purchase Label
3. Verify/edit shipping address
4. Choose package type and dimensions
5. Enter package weight
6. Select shipping service
7. Choose label format (8.5x11" or 4x6")
8. Review and confirm payment
9. Print label

Important Notes:

• Labels cannot be edited after purchase
• Cancel and create new label if changes needed
• Refunds process in 15-31 days
• One label per order only
• No bulk printing available
• Cannot add shipping insurance
• Unused USPS labels expire in 30 days
• Labels for U.S. military bases overseas not available
