- All renewal dates show as Suspended
After 30-Day Pause:
- All subscriptions automatically cancel
- Customers receive cancellation notification
- Pricing plans remain visible but inactive
Refund Policy:
- Full refund for annual plans canceled within 14 days
- No refunds for monthly plans
- No refunds for annual plans after 14 days
Reactivation Process:
- Open Billing panel
- Click Select Plan
- Within 30-day pause: All settings restore automatically
- After 30-day pause: Members must re-subscribe
