  1. Access Billing panel

  2. Click Digital Products under Subscriptions

  3. Select Cancel subscription

  4. Confirm cancellation

  5. Disable Auto-Renewal

  • Plan continues until billing cycle ends
  • Same changes apply at expiration
  • Access Billing panel and disable Automatic Renew

30-Day Pause Period Effects:

  • Pricing plans remain visible
  • New subscriptions blocked
  • Existing members retain account access

  • All renewal dates show as Suspended

After 30-Day Pause:

  • All subscriptions automatically cancel
  • Customers receive cancellation notification
  • Pricing plans remain visible but inactive

Refund Policy:

  • Full refund for annual plans canceled within 14 days
  • No refunds for monthly plans
  • No refunds for annual plans after 14 days

Reactivation Process:

  1. Open Billing panel
  2. Click Select Plan
  • Within 30-day pause: All settings restore automatically
  • After 30-day pause: Members must re-subscribe
