Before Canceling - Important Steps

Export your member contacts list to CSV format, as you'll lose access to the Members list after cancellation. Your existing members will still appear in the Customers filter, while campaign subscribers remain in the Subscribers filter.

Cancellation Options

Option 1: Immediate Cancellation

• Access the Billing panel
• Click Digital Products under Subscriptions
• Select Cancel subscription
• Confirm cancellation

Note: No refund for remaining billing cycle time. Transaction fees increase to 9%, and video storage limits reduce to 30 minutes.

Option 2: Disable Auto-Renewal

• Access the Billing panel
• Click Digital Products under Subscriptions
• Toggle off Auto-renew

Your plan continues until the current billing cycle ends.

30-Day Suspension Period Effects

• Existing plans remain visible
• New subscriptions blocked
• Current subscribers maintain account access
• Subscription fees pause
• Member content access restricted

After 30 Days

• All subscriptions automatically cancel
• Clients receive cancellation notification
• Plans remain on site but inactive

Refund Policy

• Full refund for annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days
• No refunds for:
  • Annual subscriptions after 14 days
  • Monthly subscriptions

Resubscription Process

• Visit Billing panel
• Click Choose a plan
• Within 30-day suspension: automatic restoration of plans and settings
• After 30 days: members must re-signup
