Before Canceling: Important Steps
Export your "Members" list to a CSV file, as you'll lose access to the Members filter in Lists and segments after cancellation. This allows you to maintain communication with your members about any changes.
Note: Members will still appear in Customers filter (fixed/recurring pricing plans) and Subscriber filter (email campaigns).
Cancellation Options
You can manage your Digital Products plan in two ways (computer access only):
- Immediate Cancellation:
- Navigate to Billing panel
- Click Digital Products under Subscriptions
- Select Cancel subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Note: No refund for remaining billing cycle
