Assets Library Management Guide

Easily manage and reuse your digital assets across your website with these comprehensive guidelines.

Asset Types & Locations

Images can be reused in:

  • Banner images
  • Featured images (blog posts, events, pages)
  • Email campaigns
  • Image blocks and galleries
  • Product images
  • Site logos (v7.1)
  • Background images

Videos can be reused in:

  • Video blocks
  • Section backgrounds
  • Course pages
  • Video pages

Managing Your Asset Library

View saved assets in the "Assets" panel, which shows:

  • Uploaded images and videos
  • Used stock images
  • Video storage capacity
  • File details (name, type, date, dimensions, size)

Adding Content

Upload files by:

  1. Opening the "Assets" panel
  2. Dragging files or clicking "New" > "Upload Files"
  3. Tracking upload progress via the green checkmark

Organizing Assets

Create and manage folders:

  • Click "New" > "Folder"
  • Name folders (1-1024 characters)
  • Create up to 40 nested levels
  • Allow 300 subfolders per folder

Moving assets to folders:

  1. Select assets
  2. Click folder icon
  3. Choose destination
  4. Click "Move Here"

Deleting and Restoring

Delete assets:

  • Select items
  • Click trash icon
  • Confirm deletion

Restore within 30 days:

  1. Access trash
  2. Select items
  3. Click "Restore"

Downloading and Licensing

  • Download individual images via File Details
  • Use Unsplash images freely
  • Purchase additional Getty Images licenses for external use
