Quickly create copies of content in Squarespace to save time and maintain consistency across your website.

Duplicating Pages:

1. Open Pages menu
2. Hover over desired page
3. Click settings icon
4. Select "Duplicate Page"
5. Click Confirm

The copy appears in "Not Linked" with "(Copy)" added to the title.

Duplicating Sections:

1. Enter page edit mode
2. Hover over section
3. Click Duplicate icon
4. New section appears at bottom

Duplicating Blocks:

• Single block: Select block > Click Duplicate icon or press CMD/CTRL + D
• Multiple blocks: Click-drag to select > Click Duplicate icon
• Copy between sections: Use CMD/CTRL + C and CMD/CTRL + V

Content-Specific Duplication:

Blog Posts:

• Open blog page
• Hover over post
• Click "..." > Duplicate
• Edit copy as needed

Products:

• Open shop page
• Double-click product
• Click Duplicate icon
• Note: Inventory and SKUs not shared

Events:

• Open events page
• Hover over event
• Click "..." > Duplicate
• Edit details as needed

Important Notes:

• URL slugs automatically adjust with numbers or random characters
• Images retain original properties with "(Copy)" added
• Newsletter and form blocks need manual storage connection
• Maximum limits apply (e.g., 60 projects per portfolio)

• Info pages
• Pre-made layouts
• Related posts sections
• Navigation dropdowns
